View Larger Today, breakfast was at Copo Cafe & Diner. I ordered the mushrooms pan fried in butter and herbs, served with toast. It was a nice & simple dish and made all the better with my soy mocha on the side. Copo is definitely a great find and we’ll be back another day to try the other things on the menu.

View Larger I’ve decided that my new favourite breakfast order is avocado with toast. This one that I tried at Dose Espresso was yummy but would’ve been even better served with a wedge of lemon.
Definitely coming back for another serve!
